Wild Game Cooking – Odd Bits & Pieces
In an effort to use as much of a harvested animal as possible, we will have several other dishes as well using these less commonly used parts. Please come with an open mind and a hungry belly.
Susan Luschas, volunteer instructor, has spent over a decade figuring out how to get her husband and kids to eat ALL the odd bits!
