Monitoring the health and variety of songbird species is just one of the many 

important projects for our GFP biologists and 

volunteers.  Throughout the spring and fall, 

biologists can be found at specific sites collecting this valuable data. Join us at Good Earth State Park to observe and learn about the bird banding process and what that information is used for. 

*Program is weather dependent. 

*Participants will meet at the park and will need to have a park 

entrance sticker. 

* There will be short walk to the banding location site, please wear appropriate foot ware. 

 * Seating will not be provided, feel free to bring a lawn chair.
