Take in the splendor of the elk rut with a Park Naturalist. Meet at the Bison Center to learn a bit more about elk and how they are doing in the Black Hills. After the short presentation about elk, Park Naturalists will lead a vehicle caravan to a nearby Elk hotspot. We will be listen for elk bugles and trying to spot any that show up. The during the outdoor portion of the program, the expectation is for everyone to be quiet. 

Participants should bring chairs to use when at the Elk hotspot, warm clothing, and patience. Pets are not allowed.
