Celebrate National Trails Day with a Park Naturalist guided hike.
Meet at the Little Devil's Tower Trailhead at 9am. Hike to the highest point in Custer State Park to take in views of The Cathedral Spires, Black Elk Peak, and Mt. Rushmore. The Park Naturalist will share about the unique geology that shaped the Black Hills. There is no better place to view geology than from one of the highest points. Strenuous 3 mile hike. All participants should bring water and wear serious hiking footwear. Up and down hike that should take 2.5 hours.
