Join us for a Women’s Pheasant Hunt! We’ll meet at Pelican Lake Recreation Area at 9 a.m. to go over firearm safety and hunting basics before traveling to the hunting location for a supportive, beginner-friendly experience in the field. This event is open to women of all experience levels, with one-on-one guidance provided by Game, Fish and Parks staff and volunteers. After the hunt, we’ll enjoy a meal, clean birds, and wrap up the day.

Firearms, ammunition, and vests are provided. A small game license is required.

Come connect with other outdoors women, build your hunting confidence, and enjoy a great day outdoors!

Registration is required.
